  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing software or access credentials is prohibited.

5. Consulting & Implementation

When you engage us for digital consultation or implementation:

  • We tailor solutions based on your business needs and the scope defined in writing.

  • We are not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by you during onboarding.

  • Project timelines and deliverables are estimates unless stated in a signed agreement.

6. Payments & Renewals

  • All payments must be made in full in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Software updates or licenses may require annual renewals.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you experience issues, we offer full support to resolve them.

8. Theme & Digital Product Licensing

For WordPress themes, templates, or downloadable digital tools:

  • You receive 1-year access to updates.

  • Use is allowed for personal or commercial websites under the terms provided.

  • Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Privacy & Security

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Some services may integrate or resell third-party platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Exotel, LeadSquared, etc.). You agree to abide by their respective terms when using those services through us.
